Continuity: The court is able to seamlessly link to cited authority, record or fact – consider

them in the context intended – and return to the precise location in the brief. Compare

this with the cumbersome process of review in hard copy!

Searchable documents: An embedded full-text search index of all

documents eliminates frustrating "hunting" (as opposed to searching),

another factor in maintaining the Court's focus.

Copy/Paste. The Court can quickly copy passages from the briefs, record and cited

authorities and paste the text into their own document – saving time and insuring

accuracy.

Navigation Window: The Page Navigation window on the Tool bar displays the document

volume and page number, e.g. [15 RT 1254], [AOB 43]... reducing potential confusion

between the numbered page [AOB 43] and the document page (Page 54 of 72 pages).
