Our Record

In 2002 we filed the first e-brief in a California appellate court and, each year since then, have filed more than all other providers combined.

I have found that having an organized and searchable record on appeal throughout the briefing process really sets the stage for preparing a winning brief on appeal, and the cost of a serial e-brief is more than offset by the savings in attorney time.
